This cheerful card was my contribution to a spring-themed shoebox swap in Pasadena, MD today. When I saw this technique in the February/March 2014 issue of the Technique Junkie Newsletter, I went looking through my stamp collection for an image that would work. The Enjoy Today Plain Jane stamp from Verve was perfect.
Not wanting to cover up my stamped background too much, I finished off the card with a tag. A 7″ length of ribbon was folded in half and both ends were pushed from the back of tag through the eyelet. The ribbon was secured to the back of the tag with Scotch tape, and the tag adhered to the card with dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by!

Loved this card. I don’t have your patience but it is so different and makes me think “outside of the box” about my stamps too!
