I’m still feeling very patriotic after the July 4th festivities last weekend, so I decided to make a red, white & blue card for the shoebox swap I’m attending at Fort Meade today. The American Hero stamp set from Verve was just perfect, and it comes with several sentiments that fit nicely inside this frame so my stamping buddies can pick the one they like best.
I try to make my cards quick and easy for shoebox swaps, and this one is no exception. Just sponge some red ink on the dry-embossed background, stamp the frame and sentiment, color the stars red and set four silver eyelets. Adhere sentiment panel to card with dimensionals and you’re done!
Thanks for stopping by!
Paper: Pure Luxury White (Gina K. Designs); Night of Navy (SU!)

Very nice. I like the inking on top of the embossing.
