There are some exciting challenges going on in the SCS Challenges forum today, all in honor of World Card Making Day. This is the card I made for the first challenge posted there (WCMD09A): Make a card that uses a “QUOTE” or saying of some kind as the focal image on the front of your card.
The saying I used is a (translated) quote by Goethe. I inked up the stamp with VersaMark first and next with Bravo Burgundy Classic ink, so that I could clear emboss the image.
Hope you are making cards today, too!
Supplies:
Stamps: Whatever You Can Do (Wordsworth)
Paper: Blush Blossom, Crushed Curry (SU!); Fusion™ (Basic Grey)
Ink: Bravo Burgundy (SU!); VersaMark (Tsukineko)
Accessories: Fire Circle Rhinestone Brads, Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder, Heat Tool, Stampin’ Dimensionals (SU!); 1/8″ Circle Punch (Fiskars)
