I promised I would post the waterfall card we made at my stamp class this past weekend, and here it is! Using four of the upcoming In Color colors, I stamped images from the Be Happy set on the four white squares that make up the “waterfall.” You can find an excellent Waterfall Card tutorial on splitcoaststampers.com.
The Tangerine Tango card stock was stamped with one of my favorite background stamps, Flannel Plaid. I just had to add scallops to the card with my new punch, and I started out with a 4″ x 1-1/8″ strip of Whisper White. After punching the scallops I glued on a 4″ x 3/4″ piece of Bella Rose Designer Series Paper and I fastened the strip to the card with Old Olive brads. You need to use a strong glue, like Tombow Multi Purpose Adhesive, to make sure this interactive card will hold up well, because you’re going to want to pull that ribbon over and over again.
Thanks for stopping by!
